Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 27 May 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern enrolment, payment, attendance and the use of services provided by Adiuva S.r.l., operating under the brand Accademia di Italiano. By enrolling in any course or programme you accept these Terms in full.

1. Provider

Adiuva S.r.l. - Via Durini, 7 - 20122 Milan, Italy
Email: info@accademiaditaliano.it

2. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the EUR 40 reservation fee and the completed enrolment form. The reservation fee is non-refundable and counts toward the first week of tuition. Courses are scheduled subject to a minimum number of students.

3. Fees and payment

Tuition fees are published on the website and confirmed in writing upon enrolment. Payments are processed through Flywire or by bank transfer. Full payment is due before the first day of class unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and refunds

5. Accommodation

Accommodation arranged by the school (host family, shared apartment, residence, hotel) is subject to availability. Accommodation fees are billed separately and follow the same cancellation rules as tuition unless otherwise stated by the accommodation provider.

6. Attendance and conduct

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and respect classmates, teachers, staff and the campus premises. The school reserves the right to terminate enrolment without refund in case of repeated absence, disruption or behaviour that endangers others.

7. Certificate of attendance

Students who complete at least 80% of scheduled classes receive a certificate of attendance with hours, level and dates. The certificate is not a CEFR certification - separate CILS, CELI or PLIDA exams must be sat with the relevant awarding institution.

8. Visa support

The school provides documentation and practical guidance for student visa applications. Final decisions on visa issuance, residence permits and entry to Italy remain entirely with the competent Italian consulate and immigration authorities. The school cannot guarantee visa approval.

9. Liability

The school is responsible only for the direct delivery of its teaching services. It is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property on campus or at school-organised activities, except where required by Italian law. Students are strongly advised to take out health and travel insurance.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, Italy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version in force at the time of enrolment applies.
